Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuantixOne CRM services and platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, which establish the rights and obligations between you and QuantixOne. It is important to read these Terms carefully before engaging with our CRM platform. Continued use signifies acceptance of all the Terms outlined here. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes through updates posted on our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the services provided by QuantixOne. These Terms aim to create a legal agreement that facilitates a safe, fair, and effective usage environment for all users.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using QuantixOne services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein. You represent that you have the legal authority to form a binding contract and are not barred from using the services under applicable law. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using QuantixOne. Acceptance of these Terms grants you permission to use our CRM platform subject to compliance with all conditions outlined. These terms are binding on you and any entity you represent when using the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services complies with these Terms and any applicable laws.

Use of Services

You agree to utilize QuantixOne strictly within the bounds of the law and these Terms. Unauthorized actions such as distributing malicious content, infringing upon intellectual property, attempting unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform are prohibited. You must not exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the normal functioning of the CRM. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account and must safeguard your login credentials. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to identify violations and suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities. Compliance with local laws, data privacy regulations, and ethical use practices is mandatory.

User Accounts

To use QuantixOne, you must create an account with accurate and current information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any authentication methods linked to your account. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or security breach, notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or violate Terms. Users guarantee that all data entered into the platform is owned by them or properly authorized for use. Account management features are provided to help you manage credentials and personal settings securely.

Service Changes and Termination

QuantixOne may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or features at any time, with or without notice. We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee availability or error-free operation. We may restrict or terminate user accounts that infringe on Terms, laws, or pose risks to the platform. Upon termination, access to your data may be limited or deleted per policy. We recommend regularly backing up critical data. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, changes, or termination. Our operational decisions are made to maintain security, performance, and legal compliance while ensuring service quality.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to QuantixOne CRM platform, including software, logos, branding, and content, are the exclusive property of QuantixOne or its licensors. Users are granted only a limited license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any content without explicit written consent. Protecting our intellectual property and respecting the rights of third parties are critical to maintaining a fair and innovative environment. Violations may lead to legal action and account termination.

Payments and Fees

Certain features or service levels of QuantixOne CRM may require payment. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to our pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods. Fees are due as per the agreement and are generally non-refundable except as legally required. You authorize QuantixOne to charge your selected payment method. Non-payment or disputed charges may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to change fees or billing policies with advance notification. Users should ensure payment information remains current to avoid interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

QuantixOne CRM services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, neither QuantixOne nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the preceding 12 months. You agree to use the software at your own risk and implement appropriate safeguards.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantixOne, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of law. This includes legal fees and costs related to defending against claims. Indemnification obligations survive termination of your use of the platform. We reserve the right to assume control of the defense and settlement of any claim. You must cooperate fully in our defense efforts.

Information from Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party accounts to QuantixOne, we collect and process data only after your explicit authorization via secure OAuth mechanisms.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram): Depending on permissions granted, we may access ad account information (ID, name, currency), campaign, ad set, and ad performance data, lead data from Facebook Lead Ads (such as name, email, phone number), and page-related data required for integrations.

Google (Google Calendar): Depending on permissions granted, we may access calendar events (title, description, date, and time), event metadata, and attendee information (if applicable).

We only access the data necessary to provide the requested features.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate our platform services
  • To fetch and display advertising data from Meta APIs
  • To retrieve and manage leads from Facebook Lead Ads
  • To enable communication workflows (including WhatsApp integrations, if enabled)
  • To create, update, and manage calendar events via Google Calendar
  • To enable scheduling, reminders, and workflow automation
  • To improve system performance and user experience
  • To ensure security and prevent unauthorized access

We use Meta and Google data strictly for user-facing features and only as authorized by you.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We confirm that:

  • We only use Google user data to provide user-facing features
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties
  • We do not use Google data for profiling or unrelated analytics

All use of Google data is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide our services.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, including data obtained from Meta and Google.

We may share data only in the following cases:

  • With trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect the security and integrity of our platform

Data obtained via Meta and Google APIs is not shared with third parties except as required to provide our services.

Data Retention

We retain personal data and data obtained from Meta and Google integrations only for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your personal data and any data obtained through Meta and Google integrations. To request deletion, email us at support@quantixone.com.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will:

  • Verify your identity
  • Delete your data within 7–30 days
  • Revoke access tokens for Meta and Google integrations
  • Confirm once deletion is completed

You may also revoke access at any time from your Meta or Google account settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for Meta or Google integrations

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. By using these integrations, you authorize us to access and process your data as permitted, and your use of these services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of QuantixOne shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India. Users agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive objections regarding venue or forum. This governing law provision applies to all claims, disputes, or controversies relating to these Terms or the platform services.

Changes to Terms

QuantixOne may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform with an effective date. Continued use of the services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to regularly review these Terms to stay informed about their rights and obligations. Significant changes may be communicated through email or platform notices. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the services.
