Trial Period
QuantixOne offers a 14-day free trial period for new users to explore the CRM features and services without any charge or obligation. During this trial, users have full access to core features including conversations via email, WhatsApp, and voice services, as well as opportunities, pipelines, and workflows. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial. Users can cancel their trial at any time within the 14-day period without incurring any charges. This trial period allows users to assess the suitability of the platform for their business needs. If the user chooses not to continue after the trial, no fees will be applied.
Subscription Services
Once the free trial ends, users must subscribe to one of QuantixOne’s paid plans to continue accessing the full range of services. All subscription fees are non-refundable after payment is made, as the services are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately upon payment. Users are advised to review all plan details carefully prior to subscription. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent the next billing but will not receive refunds for any unused portions of the current subscription period.
Non-Refundable Services
All payments for subscriptions, add-ons, conversation credits, or third-party integrations purchased through QuantixOne are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of digital delivery and the costs incurred by QuantixOne in facilitating these services. One-time setup fees or custom development services related to the CRM are also non-refundable. Users should contact QuantixOne support if they have questions before making any purchases to ensure full satisfaction.
Technical Issues
If users experience persistent technical issues that significantly impair their ability to use the services, they should contact QuantixOne support immediately. Upon verification of such issues by our technical team, QuantixOne may consider issuing a partial or full refund at its discretion. Refunds based on technical problems are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require comprehensive support interactions and documentation. Our priority is to resolve issues rapidly and minimize disruptions.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their active subscriptions at any time through the platform or by contacting QuantixOne support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period after cancellation, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by QuantixOne. Users should plan cancellations thoughtfully to avoid unwanted charges in subsequent cycles.
