Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide: Name, email address, phone number, account credentials and profile details, job title, company details, and payment information when you register or subscribe to our services.
b) Information from Third-Party Integrations (Meta/Facebook/Instagram): When you connect your Meta account to QuantixOne, we may collect data based on permissions granted by you, including ad account information (account ID, name, currency), campaign, ad set, and ad performance data, lead data from Facebook Lead Ads (such as name, email, phone number), and page-related data necessary for integrations. This data is accessed only after your explicit authorization via Meta's OAuth process.
c) Automatically Collected Data: Device information, log data (IP address, browser type), usage data within the platform, session duration, pages visited, and referral sources collected automatically through cookies and tracking technologies.
All data collected is relevant to the services we offer. We do not collect excessive or irrelevant information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate our platform services
- To fetch and display advertising data from Meta APIs
- To retrieve and manage leads from Facebook Lead Ads
- To enable communication workflows (including WhatsApp integrations, if enabled)
